Jennifer Smith is an artist from Plymouth, MA. Her work ranges from traditional drawings on paper to digital 2D animation. She graduated from Saint Louis University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Drawing and Graphic Design, and received Master of Fine Arts degree in Drawing from Clemson University in 2025.

In 2024, Jennifer received a departmental research scholarship to attend a conference in Atlanta, exhibited work in ArtFields, and interned with Pucker Gallery in Boston. Throughout her time at Clemson, Jennifer has volunteered with Lee Gallery, curating the Spring 2025 exhibition Conversations with now MFA alum Maya McDonald. Also in the Spring of 2025, Jennifer was awarded the Cecelia Voelker Award in Graduate Art History. From 2024-2025 She served as a Graduate Student Ambassador for the CAAC, where she welcomed incoming graduate students to the college, helped develop the emerging ambassadorship program and ambassador duties, and acted as a liaison between students and administration.

Also during her time at Clemson, Jennifer served as a Graduate Instructor of Record, teaching and developing curriculum for courses in the art department including Foundation Drawing, Beginning Drawing, and Art Appreciation.
